How is position size calculated?

Lots = (balance × risk%) ÷ (|entry − stop| × value per 1.0 price move per lot). The tool shows the risk amount and notional value as well.

What contract size does the preset use?

EUR/USD and GBP/USD use 100,000 per lot, gold 100 oz, US500 one unit per index point and BTC one coin. You can switch to Custom and enter your broker's value.

Why does the tool warn about 0.01 lots?

Because many brokers set 0.01 as the minimum. If the calculated size is below that, the stop is too tight or the risk too small for the account.
