影片完整旁白(英文原文)
Price went against you, so you bought more. Cheaper, right?
That's how one bad trade becomes a disaster.
Adding to a loser means more money on an idea that's already wrong.
Real gold chart, Monday, September 28. You buy 0.1 lots at 4260.
Gold, 1 standard lot: price moves 1 dollar, that's 100 dollars. At 0.1 lots, 10.
Price drops to 4230. You buy 0.1 more. Your average is now 4245.
Looks better. But every 1 dollar move now costs you 20, not 10.
It drops to 4155. You add 0.2 more. Average 4200.
Sounds cheap. But you now hold 0.4 lots. Every dollar costs 40.
Later that day, gold fell below 4120.
That's 80 dollars under your average, times 40. Down 3,200 dollars.
Now the plan. One 0.1 lot buy at 4260, stop at 4250, under Friday's low.
The stop hit within the next hour. You lose 100 dollars. Done.
Same chart, same idea. 100 dollars lost, instead of 3,200.
So add only to winners. Price moves your way first, and your stop moves up.
Save this. Losing trade? Never add. Winning trade? Add only with a stop.
Your turn. Ever added to a losing trade? Never, once, or all the time? Comment below.
